REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy Welcome to the world of Epic Seven, where strategy meets beauty and every battle tells a story. We are dedicated to delivering a polished, immersive, and fair gameplay experience to every player across the globe. While we work tirelessly to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction, certain guidelines must be in place regarding refunds for in-game purchases. This policy outlines the principles that govern such situations. 1. Digital Nature of Game Content All purchases made within or related to Epic Seven, including but not limited to summoning currency, upgrade packs, event bundles, and limited-time offers, are classified as non-physical digital goods. These items are delivered instantly and are considered non-refundable under standard conditions. 2. Valid Scenarios for Refund Consideration Though most transactions are final, we acknowledge that rare exceptions may arise. Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances: Technical Errors: If an item or currency was purchased but never delivered due to a verified system malfunction. Unintended Duplicate Purchase: If the same item was purchased more than once due to a user interface error or lag. Unauthorized Transactions: If there is clear and verified evidence that a transaction was made fraudulently or without the account owner's consent. Purchase Failure with Deduction: If payment was processed, but the transaction failed, and content was not received. Every claim will be individually reviewed for authenticity and validity. 3. Submitting a Request To request a refund, players must provide detailed information about the issue, including relevant order identifiers, in-game details, and a complete description of the error or concern. Each case will be evaluated on its own merits, and additional information may be requested to verify the claim. 4. When Refunds Cannot Be Issued The following conditions do not qualify for a refund under this policy: Regret after completing a purchase Dissatisfaction with the outcome of a summon or gacha result Accidental purchases caused by misclicks, unless duplicated and unused Use of purchased items before submitting a refund request General complaints about game difficulty, performance, or progression Device incompatibility or personal technical limitations We strongly recommend that players double-check their intended purchases before confirming. 5. External Platform Transactions If a purchase was made through a third-party provider such as a mobile app store or platform-based marketplace, the refund process must be handled directly through that platform. We do not control or influence refund decisions made by those entities. 6. Abuse and Policy Misuse Attempts to abuse the refund system through repeated requests, deceptive information, or exploitation of known bugs may result in account limitations, revocation of purchases, or permanent suspension. Refunds are intended to resolve genuine issues, not as a workaround for game systems. 7. Final Decision All refund decisions are final and made solely by the reviewing team. Approval is not guaranteed and will only be granted in cases that meet the policy criteria, based on verified evidence and system records.
